Internet connection issue

Am totally disappointed with Rain internet support/ services it's been 4 days doing follow up with them about my disconnection, they don't even bother to come back to me and update me... Their support team has been working on one tower for the last 4 days!!! I don't think you do understand the impact this has on us.
