Internet connection

I was using rain 4g unlimited for R479 and they sent me a sms telling me about an upgrade to 5g for only R20 extra which will amount to R499. I did upgrade received the 5g router on the 31st of March 2022 and the 4g was stopped the minute I activated the 5g,and that was the end of the internet connection. I have been calling rain support since the 31st of March until today, calling everyday, sometimes twice a day asking for help since Im struggling with wifi connection /internet connection. They tell me about optimization which does not work at all, my matter is escalated to the network department they will contact me within 2hrs to 24hrs. No one contants me in the next 24hrs then I call again to be told the same thing up until today. Have spoken to a supervisor and 2 managers who also promise to assist me by asking the network department to call me but no one calls. The internet only works in the morning between 6am and 8am and cuts off. After that I will have the connection with no internet access.i have been asking for help for the past 2 weeks without internet connection and I will be expected to pay the full amount come monthend. Now I don't even know what to do anymore because I'm being treated like piece of trash, I call using my airtime everyday to be disrespected by some of the agent because they are in control of the call that I made telling me lies everyday. I have spent more than R500 on airtime calling Rain begging for assistance each and everyday. They really don't care about the clients if they have issues they only care about taking the money. Come monthend they take my money yet I had internet issues, infact no internet and chain of lies I have been told every day by the staff and the management. They really make you feel that you are nothing to them and they don't need you.
