Internet connection
I've had the same issue for month's. I'm paying for the 4G unlimited package yet i hardly enjoy that package because of the poor internet connection. For some reason the sim card is connected to the furthest tower. For months I've been complaining sending emails yet have received no assistance. I pay every month but poor service. Very poor.

25 Oct 2021, 13:15Today is the 25th I'm expected to pay the R479 for internet connection yet the whole month I've been having problems and reporting them and the last person i talked to here ended up being quiet after I told them there is no change
