INTERNET CONNECTION

I think in South Africa we are being taken for a ride. I have been using Rain without complaints but all of a sudden I cannot make voice calls as the internet keeps on connecting. I called and complained about this and the Consultant refused to put me through to Networks and told me that it will be escalated and will take 24 to 48 hours to get response. I feel that this is very unfair as I do not fail to pay my subscriptions monthly. My phone ever since this started is showing 2.4G yet I am paying for 5G.The response I received from Networks was by email to tell me that they did not find anything wrong. This is ridiculous I do not need a service that is robbing people like this another thing I do not have Contract with this Company but when I asked about cancelling they told me about month end. I am not interested in helping this Business in anyway except to cancel dealing with them
