Intermittent network issue still not fixed after 2 months

I have been experiencing an intermittent network issue for the past 2 months. I have called Rain numerous times in the past two weeks but the issue has still not been solved. Everytime I call I am told to that the tower is up and so I should be getting network coverage. I am then told to either reset, move the wifi or reboot it and I have reiterated with the consultants that all of this is not working. I am still experiencing the issue even today even though I was told the issue would be escalated last week Wednesday, even today no one has called me to try and resolve the issue. I was so upset when the debit order went off yesterday reminding me of the service that I am not getting even though I pay for the service.
