Intermittent network connectivity

I've been using Rain for almost 4 years now and all was well, I was happy with the service and the value for my money. I started experiencing problems earlier this year, the network is so bad, only works for few minutes and starts buffering. I was promised to have my router exchanged, that never happened. I hear stories everyday from them withno assistance whatsoever. There is no value for money anymore. It's been now 3 weeks of intermittent connectivity. All o hear is apologies evertime is I call. I pay for the service which I don't receive, I also spend airtime to make calls. I am paying for the service which I do t receive. I'm currently weighing my options yo see if I can get something better. I do t recommend Rain to anyone anymore.
