Intermittent Internet Connection

I've been using rain for a few months, rarely had complaint, and the connection has been good. I know enough their customer service platform is inefficient and I'm likely to be serviced by writing a review on HelloPeter. For the last couple of weeks the internet connection seems to have dwindled and I can’t rely on it to work from home. I’ve had to leave home to find internet connection somewhere else for over a week now. I’ve tried troubleshooting like rebooting, resetting the router and I know it’s in the best position in terms of coverage. If I could get further assistance from Rain to figure out what may be the problem.
