Intermittent connection the whole week

Good day Our internet is been intermittent the whole week especially in the evening but tonight it's the worst. We don't have internet access since after 8pm, we've restarted the router multiple times with no success. Said thing is the Support line is only available till 8pm, so I have to wait till tomorrow to get assistance. Is Rain experiencing issues this week? Could someone please check this issue.

Good day
Thank you for contacting me, truly appreciate it.
Please note I've monitored the connection, it was stable the whole day yesterday until around 19:41 -19:55 and around 23:01-23:15 last night.
Not too sure if it's possible to restart my connection again so I get a full stable connection? I'll continue monitoring today and advise tomorrow if all is well. Thanks
