Intermitten Rain connectivity

I am working from home and the speeds are so unbearable to work. My package is the 4G for R479. Connectivity is on and off, the speeds hardly reach a meg. I have tried different routers and positions in the house. I have logged a case with Rain via email days ago but I was never contacted. This is how bad it is.
