Instalments build up why I was disconnected what exactly I am being charged for?

I am new on rain wifi started in May 2025 in June & July wasn't connected because I didn't make payment due to personal reasons I had to use data. So I wanted to reconnect again 😒 but I am surprised that rain charged me even though I was disconnected for 2 months I had to pay for both June & July yet service was disconnected can someone please work on my statement and explain to me I would understand if my wifi was online so I am owing rain in this case what I am owing if service was terminated due to non payment.

That was not explained to me that I will pay for a box even if rain suspended the connection I was never told that please refund my baby milk money listen to the calls as per recording I am paying for what if service is suspended that needs ombudsman it a ***** selling lier's to client.refund me my money
