Initially the agent I was spoke to was polite and patient, answered all my questions. Delivery on point, it was on time. Now coverage, horrible. It keeps buffering, downloading is very very very slow it's frustrating. I sent an email to the customer services, no response, it's been two days. I'm even thinking of cancelling, cause the network is terrible.
