*****ing money from me.....

I canceld my rain about 3 months ago. Still they are taking money from my account. They refuse to cancel and refuse to come and collect their router. Ive written a reveiw about it here before and they promised they will sort it out and pay back my money. Its been 2 weeks now since that last reveiw and nothing has happened. And today again they took money from my account. So what am i to do??????? This must be the worst service by any company ever.
