*****ing Money!!!

I'm not happy with rain. I cancel my service with them because life is getting expensive and I can not afford WiFi any more. I cancel my service with them beginning of February and they deducted money end of February and March. They told me the last deduction will be end of February and that their will NOT be any further deductions. When I called them on 2April they send a email requesting bank details for a refund ( I e-mailed them the banking details on the same day) I've received a mail back saying their refunds take 7-10 Work days. It has bean 13 Work days and still no refund. When I called to follow up on the refund I was told only billing can assist, they will give you a call back. How is it possible that they can just take money from your account but their is no way that you can reach billing to ask regarding a refund that is overdue. How can they just deduct money for internet that you did not used? Be careful, Rain will ***** your money.
