Infringement of Consumer Protection Act

I am rating this company 1 star, not because i want to. But because you dont have a zero rating. they deserve a -100 rating.

Their account department is terrible, i dont understand how they are billing me. i logged million calls requesting statement of accounts and everytime i am told to extract invoices in the website. i requested statement of account so i can see the history relating to my account yet i am told to download invoices on the website.

As a consumer i have a right to my statement of account and i feel it is being violated.
