Increase on email say June but deducted in May which seems to be the new vat not implemented by govt.

My debit is normally R569, but now rain has added a R20 an send me an email stating it will be implemented only from june 2025. My debit order rejected. Upon phoning I was told its from this month. When adding up I see they used the increase vat that was not approved by govt. Please tell me why my debit order is highter which is not as per the email you send me an why you applying the new vat if it was not implemented.
