Incorrectly debited!!
I cancelled my subscription in January 2023 and my account was debited on the 27th of January. as of the 1st of February my services were suspended and I no long had any internet access. My new service provider then activated my services. At the end of February I was debited AGAIN by Rain?? Why?? I had NO services for the whole month of February! I need to pay my actual service provider that ACTUALLY provided me with a service!! They are coming with very lousy excuses saying that at the END of February they deducted me for services in January??? That makes absolutely NO SENSE!! I need my refund urgently, in order to pay my other service providers!

01 Mar 2023, 09:40That makes absolutely NO sense! You are in a rears. Which means services rendered in January, get paid at the end of January. Not at the end of February. You provided me with no services during February, so therefore you should not be debiting my account.
When I first signed up in October 2021 - I was debited at the of that month. I was not debited at the end of November first. So therefore it is not they way you explained. I just went through all my invoices for rain and that how you have been operating.
You cannot expect me to pay for services you did not provide!
Please, I need my refund immediately!
