Incorrectly billed.

I have been sending emails for few months and only auto reply been sent back. They are charging me for 2x sim if which I only using 1. The other sim is not active and can been seen on my bill. I have even canceled the sim and I still have been billed for July 20. I requested a refund for un used sim. But I am still waiting.
