Incorrect debit order date

I called Rain 2 months ago to update my debit order date. I was advised that my debit order date was updated yet for the past 2 months my account keeps getting debited on the incorrect date. As if that's worse, they have gone and switched off my internet because they tried to collect finds on a date I specifically asked them not debit on. I'm honestly tired of having to call Rain every other month because pf their incompetence. It's really exhausting
