Incorrect debit

Why is my account debited with R703 cause when I took this contract on the 17th of September. I was told there will be no pro rata hence you took R1 and "pro rata is on you". I have had so many problems since I order this thing

Like i said i was advised told that Pro rata is on you - I should not be billed for pro rata - why did you say Pro rata is on you and debit R1 if i was still going to be billed pro rata

Is it my fault that you couldn't deliver on time??? a simple address change should not have taken more than a month to be actioned. It actually proves how a simple instruction took two well established companies OVER A MONTH to action. And what you are saying is that I should be penalized for you guys not doing your job!!
