Incorrect date of payments
They deduct money on the incorrect dates... Taking my grocery money, because of their greedines. I am almost certain the company wont close down by waiting until the AUTHORISED date for payment. I want my money back today still. And trying to get through to ghe call centre is pointless. Logging calls... You will wait until they have time. But they dont wait to take money

25 Feb 2023, 11:13No it is not on the 25th.. If you can learn to read on you app. It is only on the 1st of every month. So pay this money back, unleas you want to explain to my family why I cant feed them this week. I put it on the 1st for the exact reason that If I get paid a bit later

25 Feb 2023, 12:56No you try to deduct from the 25th. I get alot of unsuccesful debit orders because of that. My salary only comes in the last day of the month. You just take the money when it suits you
