Incorrect billing

Why are you trying to deduct R625?????? My monthly payment is R498 please check ALL previous months where the payment was deducted, and the account credited every month for the difference and rectified. Please rectify and load the discount immediately. I am extremely disappointed that I have to ask every month for my account to be rectified. I will escalate this matter now to ICASA and the CONSUMER PROETCTION ACT. Please credit immediately like last month and load discount going forward immediately please.
