Incorrect billing and disconnection of services
If you know what's good for you never join this service. They even pull out invoices of amounts that you don't even know. Right now I pay A subscription of R265 and all of a sudden I owe them R798 as I was behind with a month. So apparently they charge you even if they disconnect your services and not use the simcard. Didn't know that I must pay for services that are not rendered I mean what a *******. You can save yourself from this shem it'll save you a whole lot

31 May 2023, 22:11How can I have outstanding invoices whereas you say the service is R265 I've paid that so where does the other amounts come from. That's what my question is. You're a ******* and fail to answer just simple questions or is it that amounts that you guys have there are incorrect and not the correct amounts that yoh display to everyone. And how come all these amounts turn up now when I didn't use the service for a month. Yoh day I owe R798 right now how can R265 go to That amount whereas the simcard was not even working at all.
