Incorrect Billing

I have just been debited the amount that I have dont know where it comes from and not aligned with the product I purchased!!!! RAIN IS A ****!!! ABUSING THE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION THAT IS SAVED ON THIER PLATFORM!!! I have called in for several times to asked the to fix the error that they made with my other sim card!!!!!!!. I'm so rritated and disgusted that in this economy we have to deal with a company that abused its trust!!!! This router is definately not worth the headache and stress!!!!
