Incorrect billing

Im so disappointed that rain level’d up without my knowledge and charging a ridiculous amount, on top of that they claim I did it, Ive checked all records and there’s no where Ive ever made such a request, I requested for proof but they couldn’t provide me with any. This is day light *******, I regret my decision this this stupid network
