Inconvenient and Unacceptable

I am working from home, Rain was working fine even though it was slow, but now I don't have any internet connection. This is really an inconvenience. When their payment is due, they are first to deduct money. I had to buy data just to work, they wont refund me. Can someone please give me a call or at least inform me of any issues. When I go on to the rain site, I cant even do anything on there.
