Inconsistent follow up and service

I bought a SIM card for a rain service at Clicks which seemed easy enough, went onto the Rain website and did the Online RICA process. Unfortunately this was not processed as swiftly as their website indicated as it turns out if you are a SA Citizen you cannot do the online RICA with a SA Passport. I’ve been in contact with their call centre numerous times over the past two days and no luck; despite various follow ups. I’m disappointed in this as they came well recommended. Would really need this addressed & resolved urgently.
