Inconsistent customer treatment

I have been having problems with the Rain internet connection on and off for a while now. A friend of mine had the same issues and the Rain tech team were able to come to her house and mount the router on the roof. Every time i call them complaining about the on and off signal i am given instructions to reset the router. I have called a couple of times and every time i ask for them to send someone out they give me instructions to reset the router which only solves the problem momentarily. I have had a neighbor who has also now said that she had the Rain tech people come out and install a router for her on the roof. This whole week the internet has been unstable and when i call for help they want me to reset it again which i can do myself I’m sick and tired of this treatment that seems to favour some customers and not others!!!
