Inconsiderate!!! Debited wrong amount B

Rain debited R869.20 on my account on the 25th December.

My account is up to date and made first payment of R499 on the 1st December. To get a refund they are running around and still no feedback. Apparently the amount soes not show in my account but there’s proof of debit order from my account . I want my money back
