Inconsiderate

Very disappointed with rain when I was working I managed to pay my bills on time now made arrangements for two months now that I finally got a wfh job they cut my service I told them I'm planning to make full payment as I got a job now they don't care,they don't provide financial assistance for people to make proper arrangements .no human touch it's like talking to a robot
