Incomplete package

I paid for a 5G package on the 28th of December 2021 and I received the Sim card and the rooter on the 30th I then called rain to help me connect my rooter they then noticed that there's a cable missing they promised to send it the following day but even today it is still not sent, am sitting with incomplete package and without internet, I spoke to more than 10 consultants and sent several emails but nothing happened.
