I had serious issues with their network going of for a week or 2 while they debit R999 every month, i decided to cancel the service on the 02 December 2022, although they continued debiting my account until January 2023, called their very useless customer centre claiming for my refund, they promised to contact me, till today i'm still waiting for feedback, Rain is very *********** and wouldn't advise for anyone to go for their service.
