If I could give it a minus 10, I would.

I had endless problems with bad signal in our area. I requested countless times for them to please come and evaluate and install a booster if needs be. Those tickets and requests was ignored up until today still.

I cancelled the subscription in August 2022 already as I moved over to a more reliable service provider. Still I get messages to say that if I don't want limited coverage I must pay my account. It's been lying in a box for 4 months.

Now suddenly I owe over R3.5k???

I have sent countless emails to inform this absolutely useless and *********** company that I don't owe anything as it's been cancelled for over 4 months, but still no reply.

Rain, I'm begging you to please list me or hand over my account so that we can take this to the NCR, the Ombudsman and to social media,

This is by far one of the most useless, *********** companies in SA, even the state departments are more useful.
