*********** Staff, Poor Service Delivery

Rain has pathetic service , I received a card and still waiting for the card to be activated yet to take the money it was immediate...

staff are not trained properly as every time I call I get different resolutions and waiting for the network department to activate the sim card is a nightmare itself.

I even spoke to the manager and that is not even helpful!!!!

WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!!!!
