I paid on the 31st and on the dashboard it showed me that the next day 01st I need to make another payment and when I called, the consultant said she's patching me through to management but she didn't because the phone wasn't playing any hold music. Also these consultants do not give references for calls and they only give their name not surnames they are very *********** and not customer friendly.
