When will this company hire professionals?????? None of the agents know what they are talking about ever. You call and one would tell you one thing and the other will tell you something totally different. Today I was surprised to find out that when you call in there is no record of you calling in and nobody knows who you spoke to. The lady said the system might take 24 to refresh lol really?? So they dont make notes of calls made? My first call the agent said she is escalating my query, the second call the agent said there is no query and no proof that I called. I never get angry anymore speaking to them because my expectations are quite low.
