I’m so disappointed in Rain, I’ve been waiting for my refund for over three weeks after canceling their SIM card which was just not connecting. Regardless of the follow ups, I’m not getting my money. Their consultants send me from pillar to post every time I enquire about my refund. This is so disappointing.
