I’m incredibly frustrated with Rain.

The worst type of service for an Internet service provider. I requested in December for cancellation and they said they’d debit the last time in January but the connection will end in December and I was emailed the cancellation details.

I requested a call back last week and was informed that the guy I spoke to had not cancelled my connection. I specifically told the lady that I cancelled in December and was comfortable with the last debit being this month. I paid ahead last week instead of being debited and now my profile says they’ll debit on the 1st of February 2023. If Rain debits from me any further I will personally see to it that I put them on every social media platform.

I have been an incredibly diligent payer and have referred plenty people to use them as a trusted internet service provider but if they do not end my relationship with them on a good note, I will come for them.
