So Rain was running a promo of upgrading standard 5G to 5G premium, I went online and upgraded my account from standard 5G to premium 5G with the understanding that I could downgrade it at any time so I reside in an area where signal is really bad so the fact that I have premium does not make a difference to me. Keep in mind that 5G Standard costs R699 per month and 5G Premium costs R1000 per month. Anyway I emailed support asking them to downgrade me , well before the 3 month trail period is over now they are telling me the change only applies to 5G users and I emailed back more than a week ago telling them that I am a 5G user… to date I have not received any feedback from them and the idiot who was helping is Mosidi Mohale… it’s like dealing with a naughty dog who just refuses to follow instructions!!
