*********** Rain and Delivery Partner (CCD Couriers)

I ordered my new Rain 5G Standard package on the 28th of July 2021, and rain's delivery partner CCD messed up the RICA process and the driver returned with my router and 5G SIM, only to find out later that the SIM was successfully activated and the delivery was completed, however, I do not have my SIM or Router. I've called rain and CCD multiple times and they are just struggling to confirm where exactly my router and SIM where delivered too.
