*********** CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!
Terrible service!! *********** customer support. We ordered last week already, sales lady made a mistake on delivery information and for this whole week, every single day I have phoned for them to update and rectify the details with the couriers!! They did not do it. Everyday I am on the phone with their agents and no one can do 1 simple thing! 1 simple instruction to couriers. Pathetic service!!! PATHETIC!! ***********!!!

06 Aug 2021, 09:27No. Phone me immediately so that your offices can update the courier company with the correct details because your sales person gave through the order on a incorrect ID number so I can’t accept delivery!!!!
