*********** customer care service!!! Horrible
They placed my router to the tower that is still under construction for more than 3 times in a month. You'd call and email and when its convenient for them they will get back to you only to place you on a working tower temporary. Worst service,now I had to buy data whilst I'm paying for RAIN!!! This is my very last month with this terrible ISP and they wont even credit you for all the days I've been offline.

I dont know what you refreshed because im still in the same tower that you guys told me that its being fixed...even though this is my last month with Rain I still have the right to have internet connection unless I report the matter to ICASA,I know my rights.
