I am going for a year that I have been using Rain, I haven't had any major problems until now. I upgraded to 4G Unlimited 24/7 and want to move back to 4G Unlimited Off-Peak. I paid for the 4G 24/7 but I asked since last month to downgrade and no one has rep**** I used the website to log a ticket every day in vain. The customer service is grossly *********** for a mainstream service provider. I'm really starting to miss Vodacom's customer service, it had it's flaws but it is way better. I am giving this 1 more day and then I'm done.
