So on ordering Rain sim cards I never thought that this will be the enf results as most people are happy with it. When receiving the cards I asked for only one card to be activated. Moegammad Samaai activated both the cards. I ended up not using any of the cards as my handset was not 4G or LTE. Yet I was invoiced for both cards. Then I spoke to Charlotte Lottering. She even ended up sending another clients correspondence to me as if its my email. End of February they wanted to invoice me again for two cards. I have send a messaged on Facebook to the CEO Conrad Leigh, as that seems to be the only way to get hold of him. No reply. I tried to download my statements from the webside and they blocked me. People be very careful of these guys. Eager to sell and activate the sim but after that you are *****ed.
