I did the payment requested on the 27th of January. Rica was done but no internet access. Escalated with rain and the Tansin from the It department was liasing with from the 27th to the 28th but the issue has still not been resolved and no feedback from her up until today. I called again...Spoke to Team leader Ofentse on the 29th. She assured me that they will deliver a new sim on the 31st however no one contacted me yet I'm enquiring about this issue since last week. All i get is apologies but no solutions to my enquiry. I'm so appalled by the type of service received yet i have been a customer with Rain for quiet some time. Very disappointed. Paying for service that i cannot access from the 27th to the 31st!!!!
