On 30 August I bought a Rain Sim and a Huawei E5573 Wifi router from Rain. On the 2nd of August I received the sim and router but was informed that this router is not LTE Advanced compatible. I sent an email requesting a refund because the router was unopened and within 7 days as per the refund policy. Rain then told me it is compatible, so I then opened the router and tried an LTE-A sim from a different network provider. Guess what? It does not work!

It is now the 15th of August and I am still fighting with them. Even though they told me that this router is in fact LTE-A compatible, but I am unable to find any trace of this being true. Whether or not this router works with the Rain Sim or not is totally irrelevant because I was under the impression that this router was LTE-A compatible. Everyday I correspond with someone different and have to explain myself over and over again to a different person every day. I am hoping that Rain management will read this review so that I don’t have keep sending emails where I keep repeating myself.
