I am disgusted with this company for over a month I have had an unstable line due to a tower being damaged, the tower has now been fixed according to their staff but I still get speeds of 0.03mbps on a 50mbps line!!! Their consultant had the audacity tell me I am liable to pay my full R700 for the month!!! This company has not resolved my query and still they expect full payment!!! Last month they debited me in full for a service I haven't received, it's almost time for the new debit order to be taken for this month and I'm told again I need to Pay!
