Incompetency starts with Rain
Horrible horrible horrible.... I would not recommend Rain to anyone..
I cancelled my contract in February 2025. It was not planning processed on their side. Which led to an outstanding balance. The rooter was picked up almost 2 months ago and yet I'm still receiving messages to pay the outstanding amount or they will take legal action.
They even deducted money after I cancelled my contract.
Pathetic isn't even the word to describe these people and theirbservice
