Incompetency, ****, poor communication and more

Rain has proven to be *********** and a ****. I Had a subscription with them in 2020 which I discontinued due to poor coverage. This year I re-enstated my subscription and requested a sim-swap hoping that the service has improved. My SIM card was never delivered. No apology or explanation of the delay from them. Made several follow up calls with my own airtime with no luck. Rain lacks transparency and accountability, with disintegrated communication. One has to re-explain the same problem over and again to their agents who all lie and make false promises. I had to cancel the subscription. Which was not attended immediately. After almost a month the cancellation was confirmed and my account was debited. For what ? According to them my account has been active. But How was I supposed utilise mobile data without a simcard ? Now one of the agents promised an investigation and possible refund.....still pending to date
