Incompetency

I never expected such incompetency from Rain.I am so disappointed with their service and lack of communication.I signed up for 19 hours unlimited of peak I then payed it off and upgraded to Rain the 101 I learned that my bill is higher than expected so I contacted support and was notified that I've been billed for 19 hours unlimited of peak and the 101 at the same time. Then they told me that the matter has been escalated as it's their mistake and they will resolve it however I'm still waiting to hear from them till this day.
