Incompetencent service
Good Day I am so frausted as I am taken pillar to post when I ordered the loop I was told within 3 working days and when I call today to follow up no knows when I am getting my loop each person gives me their own time frame from 3 days to 7 days and 5 days. I need my loop delivered if this is the service I am getting before I even get delivery of my loop it's poor service

Told different stories the courier company doesn't even have the loop with them I need to know when I will get my loop
